Group Shipping Information

Gwesty Group aims to deliver all orders of health vitamins and minerals, women health care products, and men’s health care products on time. Below is our shipping information:

Delivery Arrangements

  • Orders are delivered in Australia by Australia Post up 20kgs weight, orders in excess of 20kgs will be delivered by courier (delivery charges according to weight)
  • All orders will have to be signed for at the time of delivery
  • Deliveries to an unattended address will be left a note indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office.
  • Goods picked up at the Post Office will need to be signed for, but by someone who can provide proof they live at the delivery address or are an authorised person to receive goods.

Delivery Charges

  • Postal charges are based on the weight of the Goods and the delivery address postcode. The Gwesty Group may change this fee if the website calculation deviates significantly from the actual delivery price. The Gwesty Group does not add anything to the delivery cost for packing and handling, postal charges are included in advertised price for products purchased within Australia. Overseas customers will be charged the appropriate shipping costs to their destination
  • The shipping weight of goods ordered is the product weight and its packaging.
  • Customers will be liable for paying any delivery charges as a result of a refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
  • Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Delivery Times

  • The Gwesty Group will endeavour to deliver all orders on time.
  • Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the order will be taken to local Post Office for pickup. No further attempts will be made to deliver directly to the delivery address.
  • Delivery times are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
  • Delivery times exclude our order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include our handling time.
  • In regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may vary. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
